When You Leave

Discharge from Hospital
For all inpatients, the daily discharge time is 10:30am, unless authorised by your specialist.  Please make arrangements for your family or friends to collect you at this time or earlier, on your date of discharge.  There is a discharge waiting area available if you are unable to be collected prior to this time.

Transport home is the responsibility of the patient of his/her family. Transport by ambulance will only be arrange in cases of medical need, and as specified by the attending Doctor.
